Why 1*2 cambelt tools are so expensive

Pretty new with my clio 172 and i don't get somthing.
There are few renault cambelt tools that cost really expensive, and this are just few simple tools,Are they made from gold? Can someone explain me that?

They're specialist tools so obviously you're going to pay a premium.

It's made worse because the pattern parts made by other manufacturers are rubbish, they bend and can't do the job.
