which lowered springs

thinking about getting my 172 cup lowered!!! which springs are best?
how low should i go 25 or 35 mm?
does anyone know a good place in essex where to purchase springs and get them fitted?
any help most apprecited!!!!

eibach sportlines - just missed a groupbuy could have got them cheap

if you want to go really low then Apex but alot of people say they are too firm. i havent tried/seen them

just order them from YS or somewhere and get them posted to you and either fit them yourself or get somewhere to do them local. not a big job.
