Which 1st?

I'm planning on having a De-Cat Pipe and Cat-Back Sytem but was just wondering which 1 i should get first? I will prob get the Blue flame Exhaust, or should i get the Blue Flame De-Cat Pipe at the same time?
Opinions or recommendations?
