what's this pipe?

Hi I had the inlet manifold off earlier and noticed a thick rubber pipe on the left hand side had a bolt in it (that a previous owner must have stuck in there).
Is this anything to worry about?
I have attached a photo, it's on the left.

as long as it's a UNF bolt it's nothing to worry about.

Cool cheers I'm not sure if it's UNF but it is rammed in tight and there's a jubilee clamped down on it too

From my experience of an engine swap I'd say it's the wrong breather plate for the car, and the pipe has been 'blocked off' so as not to create an air leak. Assuming it's running fine I wouldn't worry too much
