What to look out for 172

Hi guys,Just need some advice on buying a 172. Been waiting for ages to buy one and now have the funds etc. I will be picking on up on tge 7th of April (Flamer) and was just wondering if there us anything I should look out for on the car before I handover the cash. I have HPI checked and all is clear and it has partial service history, was going to get Rentech in Portsmouth to have good go over it when I picked it up.Cheers
