what do i need to go wireless ?

ive got a speedtouch v6 thompson router and need a usb adaptor is it ? ? and what type is best value for money theres so many on e bay i have no idea

Should do as long as you get the same type (eg. if router says it's '802.11g' then you need a matching 'g' adaptor).

It should be written on the router itself/box. Most are 'g' anyway!

I was looking at that a minute ago, not sure about it as I absolutely hate Belkin (had loads of trouble with all my stuff from them!)

Yeah, mates got the belkin one, but at home i have linksys.

I have a 3 year old Belkin Wireless Router and a Wireless Print Server and I have had no trouble at all with them! I have had a constant connection throughout those 3 years minus power cuts etc and thats with a Desktop, Laptop, DS, and now a PS3 connected with a 20meg internet connection, & a successful workgroup

nothing wrong with belink stuff imo. both routers i have had have been perfect, no problems at all. the only reason i had to buy a second one was that i switched from adsl to cable.
