I was supposed to be going to some of these meets. Right up until I hit a patch of diesel or oil in the Ro and it under steered into a kerb.

if you have been in a Ro you know they don't understeer. Was properly pissed off, 10 years been driving no points or accidents then this happened a few weeks after picking it up. Hopefully be back with me in a week or two.

The Mustang was owned by a guy thats had it since he was 18, now in his late 20's. Imagine that at the age of 18, everyone else is putting big bore exhausts on Corsas and you have a f**king '69 Mustang.

Wortec is good, but it is so bloody expensive! Looking at around £3,000 for a full set up. Lot of money to spend on an exhaust.

Just to give you an idea of how loud the VXR8 and Monaro actually are in that video, I'm sat in a Corvette. With a Borla exhaust. You cant even hear it over those two! haha

The Monaro I had (LS2) had wortec exhaust, decats, ripshifter, air filter and remap. Supposedly 430hp.

Used to make people scream as I drove past. Was f**king hilarious.

Guessing it didn't have headers the one you had. As 30hp for all those mods seems a little low.

Mine is the rather more rare 5.7 VXR. Which some people don't even realise exists. Not to be confused with the regular lowered powered CV8. Not much difference between the 5.7 VXR and the 6.0 straight line pace. Talking fraction of a second to 100mph.
