v6 sport gearbox chatter

has anybody heard or know about gearbox chatter. I have been told that this is the problem I have, but the three dealers the car has been returned to know nothing. Under acceleration there is a nasty rattle - any ideas? anyone had the same problem?

done it from new - not broken it yet!!!!
