Update list head unit

Will a update list head unit work in a clio that only has a tuner list type?

I have tried my mothers car head unit in and everything works except the cd information on the clock and the hand controls. Do any of you know if i will have to swap some leads in the terminal block?

Can't be done, the update lists use canbus and the tuner lists don't. They aren't interchangeable display/steering controls wise.
