Tyre pressuers 197?

Done a search and after going through three pages nothing so can anyone tell me what they are please?

Its says in the manuel to look at the sticker on the inside of the door but there is nothing on mine relating to tyre pressures or not that my blind eyes can see anyway.

33 31 i think its in the separate Renault sport book

cant see it but I dont know where to look on the sticker mate I dont have the RS handbook

Seperate booklet has been found, page two says 33 front, 31 rear!

What a dipstick i am! Just assumed there was one book!
