...in Edinburgh (or close to). I cant find one. Most say they wont do it if i supply my own tyres, and i dont really want to pay Kwik-fit £15 per wheel.

Anyone know of anywhere that does it?

No, they've all got wise to it down here too. I know someone who will do it for £5 a wheel, as he has his own garage, but the main companies charge about £15-£20 per wheel now, just to make it look more viable to buy from them.

So maybe try smaller garages?

Most garages won't do it down this way either. ATS fit it for £12.50 inc Vat if your stuck for ideas. Cheapest well known garage i could find to do it.
