Tow eye question

Don't you have to drill it out then put a nut at the back then another nut to lock it on.

Don't quote me on that, buy a Si one then powdercoat it.

ATM your hole will be like this
_____
_____| - threaded for a tow eye (si's fits perfectly)
for the omp one you need to drill a hole in the back 'wall' so it should look like this:
_____
_____= - but then it will not be as strong as before

Theres no need for a guide mate, a Si's or Genuine one screws in, otherwise you need to drill all the way through (against the wall of the thread)
_______________
_______________| < Drill through there and fasten nut on other side :)

All you have to do is drill the back of the thread out, then that will allow you to push the tow eye right the way through. Then you'll be able to out a nut on the end of it.
