These mods any good then?

Hi everyone. after i bought my 172 cup the other week, i have been checking her out, and she has an ITG panel filter and a pro-speed 2 1/4 inch egshaust system with de-cat. these any good or not? im new to modding these, but seems are they are already there,hey ho.

Yer they do the job. Just need a map now. Either k tec or rs tuning ..

the itg is a decent panel filter for the clios never heard of that specific exhaust though but full system with decat is best. but unless you got a re-map they wont really be effecting your performance all that much, but your on your way atleast!
