Tappets, Where from?

Probably going to need to swap the tappets out on my 172, Was wondering if anyone knows a good place to get them from before i go buy them form Renault. I doubt Renault make the tappets them selves, so if i can get them from the OE manufacturer for less then that would be great.

Think one of mine has gone sticky, going to run a flush through to see if that helps. But if not it'll need changing. Im 99% sure it isn't the dephaser puley as it does it from cold and the tap frequency is alot slower than the dephaser videos.

Are the ones from ebay any good? There going in my cup racer so i need something thats going to be up to constant high reving.
