i have tried fitting new springs, there is a problem that the rear has increased in height, could anyone explain why? or could someone explain a step by step guide so i can compare with the process i have used. when changing the springs (fk 40mm) do i have to simply replace the old ones with the new or is there anything else that needs to be done with it? cheers for any help.

nah, simply replacing. did you drive the car? always higher when coming straight off the jack...
