Splitter fitting Help!

  M135i, 118 coupe
Is there anyone in the South West Somerset/Taunton area, that could fit my Cupra splitter to my ph1 172?

Please please please

Do it yourself;

jack up car slightly
fix splitter to car with grips just to hold it in place
drill holes right through splitter/bumper
screw self tapping screws in

Greets,

I have just done this myself and if I can do it - anyone can. When I say I'm USELESS at anything hands on I'm not joking.

I actually took the front bumper off (followed some advice on here) and fitted mine because I wanted to fix the leaking washer jets at the same time.

I drilled the splitter first with 9 holes (because it came with 9 self tapping screws) with a 2mm metal drill bit. Then I used 2 pairs of mole grips like JMF said to hold it in place and just drilled through the holes I'd already made in the splitter then screwed them up tight one by one.

I started in each corner then worked towards the middle. It's VERY daunting drilling the bumper if you're a novice like me, but you just gotta do it and you'll realise it's not scary at all!

PM me if you need anymore help :)
