Halfords sell them in their ripspeed department - circa £20, or I just got a set from e-bay for £12 delivered, there's quite a few sellers.

Not sure for your wheels, like fred said - what car are they from?, most aftermarket alloys have an oversized bore so that with the aid of a spigot ring they can fit pretty much any make of car. Spigot rings are pretty crucial though, if needed they must be fitted.
Best thing to do is to trial fit your wheel onto the car, if the wheel sits on the hub snugly and if all of the bolt holes line up then it must be right.
If you find that you have to lift the wheel etc to get the bolts in then you'll need the spigot rings.
If you're unsure about measuring the dimensions of the wheel then I'd pop down to halfords with a wheel and ask them if you could trial fit some spigot rings, remember the internal diameter of the spigot ring must be 60.1 for a clio fitment.

Hi Mate,
Sorry for the confussion, I'll explain the reason for spigot ring.

Exactly as PPTom has explained these are used when the centre hole for aftermarket wheels is larger that the spigot of the wheel. This is totally normal and spigot rings are commonly used. If fact I have them on my car for the Superlegerras.

You can fit the wheels without them as the will fit ok. But you should not drive the car without them as the is a risk that wheels would not be central. Having said that I drove without them for a bit, but I got a lot of strong advise that this maybe dangerous therefore it is not recommend.

They are cheap anyway (and I'll send you another set) so no excuses :)

To prove the wheels fit ok here they are on my car, note I've already got the rings fitted cos I've got them for my leggies.

I'm a bit confussed cos the ones I sent should be correct, so just double check? Here's the description from ebay where I bought them?

I got my spigot rings from an alloy wheel specialist, perhaps look up one that is local ? I basically told them the type of alloys i had, model of car i wanted to put them onto and hey presto, they got me the correct ones. £12 for the set of 4 :)
