spark plugs

hi all, ive got a 2004 172, i know it sounds stupid but i cant find the sparkplugs, ive taken the platic top cover off but i cant find them still...lol..anyone know where they r, ive looked in the glove box too..lmao...cheers

there underneath the inlet manifold.i think you can get at them between gaps in the manifold but i cant remember.

You cannot gap them in as theres not enough room to get rid of the spark plug wire. I use Torque Master stuff (http://www.torquemaster.comhttp://www.torquemaster.com). Theyre damn good and benefit a lot on power especially on torque.
