sloppy gear change

hiya i have a 2001 1.2 16v sport(phase 1) i had a new clutch about 2 months ago,, i have noticed recently that when i cahnge gear when i let th clutch up the car wobbles and the change isnt smoth. why is this.

Maybe you are letting the clutch up too quickley, do you feel a sudden surge when the release the clutch?

If the old clutch was shot then you will ahve been releasing it and it will have been slipping, the new one will almost instyantly bite, maybe this is what you are feeling when the say the car wobbles

lol,,,which i could blame it on that to save my money but the car was fine before and my driven ant changed i drove my mates mg zr 160 the other day and felt the difference between a working clutch and mine.

the clutch was fine for the irst month?? it seemed to happen soon after my s/s system was fitted?
