Seats - Airbag question

I have a 1.2 16v Dynamique 05 Reg and have done the 172 Replica. It looks great on the out side but i want to switch the seats for the 1*2 seats.
My question is... If i unplug the airbags from my chairs, and replug them back in with 1*2 seats, what will happen?

In terrms of... will all airbags work?
Would a light pop up on the dash board?
Iv also heard of airbags blowing...

Any help advise would be greatly appritiated!

I think they will the plugs might be different iirc.
Shouldn't do if done properly.

Depends if your dynamique seats had airbags in them originally. I think they did.
If that's the case should be a straight swap and connectors should match.
If this is not the case, it will light up on the dash.
Just unplug the battery if you're worried about airbags blowing.

Yeah i understand that i need to unplug the battery for approx an hour before replacement. My main concern is that i dont want an airbag light showing
its not worth it :s

Like I said, depends if your existing seats have airbags in or not.
You can always turn the light off using resistors.

i see... will have a look tomorrow. im guessing the seats do have airbags on an 05 plate
