running problems

afternoon chaps

this post isnt about my renault its bout my mums pug 207 2008 and its running lumpier than porrige

now i havnt had a chance to look at it yet but i think it could be a few things

coil pack
ecu is mucking about
a coolant temp sensor

any thing else it could be?
