RT Bumpers, are fog lights pre-wired?

I have the nasty black plastic bumpers, i have found a set of colour coded ones on ebay but they have front fog lights. Will my Mk1 phase 1 have the wiring loom allready there? Do i just need to get a switch?

Will these bumpers fit straight on, are they easy to change?
