Replacement discs & pads for Tarox kit

Hey Guys,

I'm new to the forum so Hello! to everyone.

I have a modified clio williams 2 and I'm having some problems sourcing some replacement brake parts. My car is fitted with a Tarox six pot caliper kit and I am looking for new discs and pads as the current ones are badly warped. It's the 280x26 kit.

Does anyone know where best to get these? & do I have to use Tarox items?
