Replacement Clutch

Just hoping to get some suggestions from ppl on a decent clutch, the release bearing is whining on my 172 so gonna replace the clutch for an uprated one, have seen a few sports/fast road kits on eBay but bit hesitant to buy from there really, also looking at fitting an lightened flywheel...

Suggestions on either would be a great help thanks =D

Standard will do quite well for considerably above standard power. For big power, a helix is the way to go. Trying to find something cheaper than the helix that copes with decent power (better to stick with organic if it will hold the power IMO) but not found "the one" yet

Thanks for the feedback, really appreciated... anyone know if lightening the flywheel makes a great difference ? it was more than noticeable on my Subaru... but this is my first Clio ... Cheers!

Bonus ... i shall stick one on whilst the clutch is being done and see lol certainly cant decrease the performance =D thanks for the help
