REPLACED HUB, BAD METALLIC SCRAPING NOISE NOW WITH EVERY ROTATION

  Clio 172
Evening all, I changed NS hub yester, all went to plan & fitted newish hub from ebay to my 172, but then there was an instant rotational scraping noise when driving off. Noise goes away when braking, turning left or right, reversing & accelerating but is a bad metallic squeal when driving straight at any speed. The rotor gets way hotter than other side too.
Sounds a lot like its something catching on rotor but wondering if driving around for a while with only 3 lug nuts has warped rotor & its now catching on brake pad with every rotation? or likely to be duff hub bearings?

Any suggestions be much appreciated
