How this place gets any repeat business ill never know!!
GRIPE NO#1 As we all know the delivery of quite a fewe new 172s an cups is gettin held up. However twice now ive heard bout the problems from this site rang my dealer the next day to ask if my car was affected only to be assured it wasnt! Then 24hrs later a phone call to tell me car will now be delayed by a further 7 days!On friday i rang to check my car was still available for collection on the monday only to be told no it wasnt comin till the 27th! Not a problem but why the hell had nobody rung me! I only rang to try an get the reg for the insurance!
GRIPE NO#2 Im trying to get my private plate transfered to the new car. 3 weeks ago the dealer took all the documentation ie my log book for the current car a copy of my tax disk and the neccesary forms. they said they would take them to the local dvla office an sort it when they went thye next day. in 2 weeks i should get notification to change the plate back to the original. 3 1/2 weeks later I still havent heard anythin so i go to the dealer to get the response we dont know what has happened to the paperwork! They say it mite have bin sent by post but they havent logged the documents anywhere and now cannot find them!! They are geting back to me on monday!!
OUTCOME I will now be collcting a silver 172 instead of the monaco blue which i ordered on tuesday at a price substantually less than my previous price!! as they suddenly had 1 available when i threatened to ring Renault customer services an explain everythin to them.Once i have collected the car i will most likely do that anyway.
Oh an just for measure my neighbour bought a car from them that had supposedly just bin serviced. when she came home showin it off as ya do i noticed a bald tyre an the oil had definatly not bin changed very recently!That same car is going back on tuesday becos the electrics are screwed! 5 days afta she got it!!
