Recording audio on PC's

Hi fellow clio peeps!

Having been a Mac dude for ever I'm clueless about PC's..

There's a song on myspace that I want to record but it's not available for download..

How can I record whatever audio is playing?

Got Audacity.. but it's recording noise.. how do I set it up?

There's a drop down box in the top middle of the screen.

As default it's set to mic I think. Change it to Wave Out Mix.

I used to be a big gamer, and to use a controller you need 2 thumbs. Dont do it much now but the name stuck.
