i have a williams 3 with original radio in it, i had to jump start my friends car i have a clifford 500 alarm which went off cos off back up batt supply, as i took the plastic cap off, got my mates car started,but now my radio is beeping all the time its in perfect working order can do every thing but every 3 secs this beep goes off. my radio has a code but last time when i had my batterey discnnected for long time all i could do was type in the code!its not traffic alert either cos i once set that off and didnt have a clue what it was but now know i have now disconnected my stero and left it for 10 mins connected it up and it still doing the same!i have disconnected the battery now and am gonna leave it for a while hoping it will reset itself and work!does anyone know of this happening before or know what it is and how to fix it?any help would be great
