radiator fan

was stuck in traffic today for about 10-15mins. not moving. the temp gauage went right to the end of the scale and the fan didnt cut in. is this right as when i turn off the ignition the fan starts up but turns off as soon as you but the ignition back on or start the engine??

fan switch may be gone simple to replace cost about 7 quid from german and swedish. If you want to know how to fit it post up and i will tell u, its real easy though
