Quick std exhaust question

On the back box there is a bar between the two tailpipes can this be removed the reasone i'm asking is my tailpipes are p**sed up & dont look right

isnt the bar there just to hold them both together? Cause we took of quik99's standard backbox on his 172 a while back and its the same as a 182 backbox but just 1 of them.. if that makes sense lol

Sort of makes sense lol, its just that the passenger side sits perfect & the drivers is off centre & looks sh*t i thought it would be ok to take the bar out as the hangers will keep them in place & a few tie wraps?

Mines done the same, I'm assuming its the hangers.

CBA playing roulette with them so have gone for the £70 competition mounts lol... meh if a jobs worth doing properly and all that. plus I'm too impatient to wait for silicone to go off.
