Please Help 1.2 Prob

Hi, A friend of mine has a mk 1 MY 2000 on a V plate 1.2 basic spec Cliol and the instruments have stopped working. Only the Speedo, Fuel and Temp dials dont work, all the lights in binnacle work. Has anybody had similar issues?

url doesnt work. with the clio its probably the coil pack gone or ecu screwed up get it checked and replaced
