pedal height

can the clutch pedal height be adjusted its an mk2 06 1.5dci it has the hydraulic clutch .cant see anything on inside of car and engine bay covered in soundproofing.only want to adjust pedal height not biting point

If the pedal on yours is the same as my 182 clio there is an adjustment in the linkage from the pedal itself inside the footwell. You have to lie upside down (very uncomfortable), with good lighting, to see it and adjust it.
If it is not like mine then your return spring may be week or there is a "stop" adjuster above the pedal that the arm hits when released.
