Over priced or decent?

This isn't for a Clio, it's for a Fiesta. But I was wondering if I could get some opinions, as I honestly have no idea, I may be getting ripped off lol

I'm looking at getting 4 door speakers, and a new head unit. The items recomended by an audio specialist near me are:

Pioneer AVH2400bt £329.00

Does this seem a bit much? Or seem reasonable? :S

sounds quite pricey I'm sure you can get cheaper and labour, I'm guessing your not doing this yourself which I suggest you should you'd save loads and fitting speakers is a very easy task just buy a Haynes manual there quite cheap and just follow the wiring diagrams and wire in your own speakers and get a second hand head unit I'm sure you'll find one you'll save yourself hundreds.

but if not then that seems quite steep for a simple head unit and speaker replacement.
