outlook express q

I have emails with attachments but can't open them the paperclip is grey and save atachments is the same How do i fix it?

Open Outlook express and click the "tools" tab at the top, then choose "options"...

Then when the tools options appear, click the "security" tab, then untick the box that says
" Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus "

Click Apply, then ok...
