OEM stalk controls with pioneer head unit

I have just brought a 172 cup and was wondering, does anyone no if i can get hold of an adaptor or cabling that will alow me to use the stalk control to control my pioneer headunit.

will that also allow the screen in the centre of the dash to still work?

It'll only display Pioneer all the time, you'd need an alpine headunit that supports v.d.i. with a proper alpine adapter to get the screen like so:

Think some sonys offer a similar thing.
