Nokia N70 - PC Connection Trouble

Having trouble transfering images from my Nokia N70 to my PC. Im using Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition that came with the phone...

Whenever i try to download the images from the phone it comes up with an error message....

'Failed to obtain thumbnails from the device. This device is not connected or is busy.' 'Retry' or 'Cancel'.

Any ideas what the problem may be??

not sure. i didnt get that software with mine so i just use "nokia pc suite". works fine for me.

its very simple open up my computer click on nokia icon and drag and drops things
