182 differences are 16" wheels, 4-2-1 manifold (172 has 4-1), twin exit exhaust and a freer-er flowing cat.... think thats it.

As for it being an import, no window etches, no locking wheel nuts and no alarm ( check if it has unltrasonics inside on the a pillars) and probably wont come with splitter but many dont anyway.

There's also the small flashing red LED down by the gearnob.
