Newbie, maybe looking for a Clio

Hi Guys

I'm Paul from Lincolnshire and potentially on the look out for a 172/182/197 turbo in the near future once my Impreza has been sold.
Looking at getting back into something fun and capable of impressing on track and the Clio seems to fit the bill after coming across them on various track days.

Iv always had Jap cars so looking at French is a bit different for me! Although I do have a Renault Modus for the daily commute.

Are there anythings in particular to look out for on a turbo converted Clio?

Hello there.
There’s another thread about turbocharged Clios on here, may be worth you taking a look at that.
Some say that the standard version makes a better daily driver.
My 182 has been custom remapped on a rolling road and is putting out 180bhp at the wheels.
Performance is very strong right through the Rev range.
There are currently three 172/182 for sale with turbos fitted so there’s some choice if you still fancy one.
