my car still not back yet

my car went into the garage two weeks ago to have a clutch and my alarm sorted and they keep putting it back and back first the said wednesday then friday then yesterday and i just spoke to them now and they said middle of next week, and they still havnt even started on the alarm yet, why cant you rely on anybody no more.

Dont stand for it, they know thay have your money now, so you are back of the queue, go down their rant and rave, demand money back and that you are going else where and that you are going to reccommend to everyone you know not to come to this garage again, generally make a scene.. i guarantee things will move much quicker...
