My Car Handles Again!!!!

Finally solved my weird handling problem this morning - had to much toe out instead of a little of bit of toe in so have had the wheels realigned and all is good - you would not believe the difference this has made although 2 weeks of driving as if on ice has not done my front tyres much good - but then who cares at least I can drive my car over 50mph again without risking my life!

So I take all I have said about the FK Konigsports being crap - It was all down to bad setup - if you live in Cardiff avoid A&A Tyres! Theiving Thick Scum!

one of the first things I'd check if it felt crap, had mine done recently and wheels balanced too.

I paid £90 for the camber and tracking to be done and another £33 for just tracking and now another £46 for it to be done properly!

I have exactly the same problem where the car seems to have no grip at all and is almost impossible to accelerate in a straight line.

Where did you get yours sorted mate?

place called mototec in south wales - sounds like same problem as mine - need a tiny bit of toe in instead of toe out and I bet it will be ok - any tracking place should be able to do this if you tell them what you want.

Did you just tell them the symptoms and they took it from there?

yeah basically - it was so simple in the end though - took them about 2 mins to adjust. I did not think that it would fix it as it was so bad before but it has and Im happy again. They are good but only a really small place - but tracking etc is what they specialise in. There is a good place in Northampton if thats closer to you but a lot more money but it would be set up perfectly. Seriously try going to tyre shop and ask them to set the tracking for you - If you like I will scan the readings from the setup I had so you can get them to match it.
