Mongoose or K-Tec

Got my car booked in for lowering and exhaust fitting next thursday, so ive got to decide on an exhaust. Its between the K-Tec quiet system with 3.5 tailpipe (£260) or the Mongoose system from BB Tuning at about £220! Which one is going to be the best for me????

Ktecs quiet system is quiet compared with a jumbo taking off, and compared with there non quiet one, so it depends if you want loud or not... not completely sure what the mongoose sounds like but id go with Ktec everytime, did you ask for a dicount for being a member??

yeh! so i think works out bout £245! not too bad! i dont want it too loud, am i lookin at a really loud system goin for the K-Tec (even though it says quiet!!!????)

the mongoose has its baffles fall apart on me in under a year.

All Ktec stuff is top notch and theres another thread on here at the mo about them.

wish id got a Ktec to be honest but I went down the blue peter route and have a KTR silenced decat into a devil strait through into a Magnex back box - its quite loud i think which isnt what i wanted but it pops and sparks quite a bit out the back which gets on your wick after a while, not sure if you will suffer that on the rt or not?

Im sure they come with a adjustable baffle now? so you can alter the tone which could be usefull... give KTR a ring cos they will tell you yhr score with the noise.

k-tec because every mongoose ive ever heard sounds like a nova
