MK1 roof trim

after having a very wet seat the other night i decided its time to do something with that leaking sunroof!
now im thinkning of taking the whole roof trim out..

is this easy? any body got any ideas on best way to take it out with minimm damage?

Interior roof trim?

From the top of my head you will have to unscrew the roof mounted handles, sunvisors, interior light and then the pillar are to be taken off. This should allow the roof lining to drop down. If you have a sunroof, it may just be the sunroof with leaking seal
