mad man in inferno 182, SWANSEA

was heading home at 9pm tonight, go to ynysforgan round about, my lights were on green, guy in a 182 (reg plate r5 mph) came around the round about, stright through his red light, which had been on red for about 5/6 secounds and speed off up the m4 westbound.
any1 on here?
