Local Garage Price!?!?!

hi all, just popped down my local garage and got a rough quote for the following: Fitting of cup spoiler and 172 rear bumper, Fitting and spraying of side skirts, fitting of k-tec power exhaust de-cat back, fitting of apex -60mm suspension kit and colour coding of bumpstrips,door handles,wing mirrors and front bumper. All for £400 is this a good price or do you think i could find cheaper else where, as its my first time do these slight modifications so just wanted some peoples opinions....
Oh and the above added to my insurance: £202.00

Oh and just got quoted £200 for chipsaway to do some scratches, dent, one curbed alloy and full interior clean. Good or Bad??:S
Its exspensive as he is having to respray the whole passenger door!!!!

Spolier and bumper you cna do yourself doesn't take long and you've learnt somehting new for free.
You an fit the suspension yourself or get people on the forum who will do it for £40 or so.
Exhaust you can do yourself if its a proper one it will bolt straight on don't get a garage to do it.
No idea on spraying costs I think mine was about £1.3k in total but that was a Renault garage respraying most of one side of the car.

i wouldn't trust myself to do anything with my car so would rather get anyone else apart from to do so if there is any takers around the oxfordshire???? would be very kind of you and of course very grateful :hail:

depends if they are spraying the bumper and spoiler, if they are £400 is good price

nah the cup spoiler and rear bumper are alreadt sprayed just need fitting its the skirts that need spraying as well as fitting.
