Loading Sat Nav Data, Who Knows??

How to do it? My Sat Nav is up the swanny, can't seem to find the correct location of the car. I am going to try and re-load the CD but don't seem to have a manual on how to do it, is it just take the disc out and put it in again? If that doesn't work I can get hold of an updated version, will this have any effect? Can anyone give me details on how to do it please? Any ideas on why it keeps telling me I'm in Staines, Dagenham, Greenwich and Eltham when I'm parked outside my house in Lewisham? Thanks for any help/ideas as I've needed it recently and it's been hopeless!!!

PS: I've got the NAVTECH CD, will I be able to get a manual off of them?

Just took the disc out and gave it a clean, worth a go but did fcuk all. Will ring Navtech tomorrow!

Might not be the data, my little satellite on the screen is red, any ideas??
