LED replacement bulbs on older cars

Anyone tried them?

My pugs indicators are so faint that I'm gonna get rammed waiting to turn right one day.

I'm considering buying some LED replacement indicator bulbs and tail/stop bulbs for it.

I know with motorcycles the flash rates get screwed up quite often due to the difference in resistance and that you often need to add an extra load resistor.

Will they make a significant difference and any recommendations on brands or suppliers?

No idea myself but I'd say try it with a cheap set and see - worst case it's only a few quid wasted lol

Guess so, the cheap ones are only bout £5 but the 'good' ones are all around £18-£20

Changed the bulbs to new standard efforts tonight and no better than the 19 year old originals lol
