Laptop/PC forums?

Hi Guys, anyone know of any pc forums, id like to get some help with my dell laptop and thought a forum would be my best chance but not sure any decent forums exist?

Er they are different websites?

I'm guessing by the name they are both similar and techy based so will probably be fine checking both sites out.
