every now and again i feel like something is knokcing under acceleration,i can feel the effect through the drivers footwell,apart from suspension bushes and loose wheel nuts what else could be causing it in that general area

is it when you ease off the Accelerator?

If it is then its more than likely Lower engine mount

yeah when i ease of,is it just a case of tightening,is it easy to get to?

Could possibly need tightening but you may need to get New Bushes,

I found it easiest to remove the Large plastic tray which is only 4 Bolts iirc and then you have full access to it

lol no need to remove that as it got ripped off on the motorway lol

I fitted mine the other week (Mine is Yellow but don't think it makes any difference) and it solved the problem straight away

do you have to support the egnie when taking this off or will the other mounts hold it,and what side is the mount on when looking at the car from the front,left of the engine or right of it about middle of the whole car?

It's in the Middle, Really easy to spot just in front of where your Cat is,

No need to support engine as the other mounts will hold it in place

You can see the Manifold Downpipe in that Pic so it gives you a rough idea where to look (Pic was teken from just Behind the Drivers Front Wheel)

No probs, I knew absolutlely nothing about cars when i joined but by asking and reading I'm beginning to learn LOL

sorted,it was the top engine mount on the left as looking from front of the car,the 4 bolds were really loose and my near side front whel was loose,cheers for the input
