K-tec 172 stealth

Im looking at getting one next month as my standard exhaust is blowing a ratting. im also considering a k-tec decat at the same time, theres is silenced, will i notice an increace in noise over the stealth. Also is the stealth fairly quiet at 70mph with and without the decat?

the stealth system is based on there other tiger exhausts loud when giving it gas and not so loud when not. you will notice a gain with a detat but its more all over power and you will loose some of the 5k kick only a little bit though.
Ktec exhausts are ok by all means but if you want a sound that suits you go custom for the same price

I've got a Stealth with sports cat and it is nice....not too loud when cruising on the M-way but a noticable improvement in driveablity

I've got stealth and decat and it's amazing...Nice and quiet on the motorway too...Not needed to put my music up at all...My mum didn't even notice so that impressive.

Notible power increase too. esp with decat.

Decat is illegal lol

Just went for the sports cat as it's only a matter of time before the authorities start clamping down on this further....we like in the UK remember
