Is Mobil 1 ok for a 172?

Ive got some mobil one left over from my old m3 (never got round to changing the oil) and am getting a full service done to the cup tommorow. So am i able to use this rather than go and get some more?

I think its 5-40 but i cant remember till i collect it from the garage tommorow afternoon.
